BatterySpace (All-Batteries on ebay) is one of the premier sources of rechargeable batteries. Good prices,immediate shipment. I have bought from them 4-5 times.
Only thing to watch for is high shipping prices... okay for a large order, but you wouldn't want to use their website for a single battery purchase (go to their ebay site all-batteries for that kind of purchase).
Note: if you use lots of rechargeables, then I strongly recommend that you buy a battery analyzer like the Maha/Powerizer 9000 so you can decide when to toss old batteries:
