Applications

  • This DC Power supply can be used as a smartcharger for LiCo battery pack upto 24 cell inseries (88.8V) and LiFePO4 battery packup to 25 cells in series. You must set correct cut-off voltage before charging according to battery pack's chemistry and voltage to ensure safe charging.
  • For Li-Ion battery pack, cut-off voltage setting shall be 4.2V x Cell's number in series , for example, 24 cells / 88.8V battery pack, cut-off voltage is 100.8V
  • For LiFePO4 battery pack, cut-off voltage setting shall be 3.8V x Cell's number in series , for example, 24 cells / 76.8V battery pack, cut-off voltage is 91.2V

Warnings

  • 8 hrs maximum continous charge. Please restart the charger after 8 hrs use.
  • Please let 15 minutes warm up engine before charge.
  • For > 10 cells battery pack. Must locate diode on charger charging wire for prevent sparking during charge
  • For AWG wire gauge, Please click here for American Wire Gauge table and AWG Electrical Current Load Limits table.
  • Must use proper Barrel Lug / AWG wire gauge to match up the max discharge current (10A)
  • Must set up constant current equal or less than specified charging current in cell
  • Higher charging voltage may cause Li-Ion battery exploding or fire
  • Wrong polarity will damage the DC Power Supply, and Batteryspace are not responsible for the damage or losses caused by misuse
