* If the battery packs are from BatterySpace.com, we will do the charge-discharge cycle for our customers free of charge. Depends on battery's capacity, the 25 cycles may take 1-4 weeks.
* Please check Test Request From Instruction and fill the UN38.3 Quotation Request Form and email back to us for quotation.
* Lead Time starts upon receipt of samples.
* Since the samples might be damaged during testing, we can not ship back to you. But if you want to arrange somebody to pick up from our facility (in Richmond California) , we can save the battery packs for pick up. Otherwise, we will discard all testing samples after test.
