Protection Circuit Board with 65°C thermostat and Fuel Gauge Socket For 24V NiMH/NiCd Battery Packs
Features:
- This protection circuit is specially designed for 24V NiMH/NiCd Battery pack with upto a max of 7A discharging rate.
- Keep 24V NiMH/NiCd Battery pack from over-discharge (20V)
- Max discharging /charge current <7A.
- Over discharge protection: 20V±1V
- Power consumption: 1.5mA (No LED Fuel Gauge added)
- No over-charge protection
- Must use the correct voltage charger to properly charge the battery pack!
- Has short circuit protection during discharge
- With 65ºC thermostat and Fuel Gauge Socket
- To reset the PCB:
- Connect a 24V charger to "Reset" the pcb once the pcb is open when battery pack voltage drop below 19.4V
- If you have a multi-voltage charger, it might not "reset" the pcb, you can "reset" the pcb by:
- Connect the charger directly to the Batt+ and Batt- of the pcb
- If you cannot remove the load, then you can add an on/off switch like this to "reset" pcb and start charging:
- Dimension (LxWxH): 60mm(2.4") x 30mm(1.2") x 6.10mm(0.25")
- Weight: 11 grams (0.4Oz)
- Working Temperature: 60±5ºC
How to connect PCB on battery packs
- Bat+ = 24V Positive = Input Positive
- Bat- = 24V Negative= Input Negative
- OUT+ = Vout+ = Charge + / Discharge + = Output Positive
- OUT- = Vout- = Charge - / Discharge - = Output Negative

Warnings
- Misusing PCB may cause battery damage or explode. We are not responsible for any damage caused by user.
- Don't use this PCB with Li-Ion / LiFePo4 battery pack
- Must charge battery up to 24VDC minimum
- Must disconnect load from PCB to "Reset" PCB before charging
- Since this PCB does not have over-charge protection function, must use our 24V NiMH/NiCd smart charger to recharge 24V battery pack.
