Great AAA Battery but not 1000 mAh closer to 800 mAh

I've done some extensive testing on these batteries and I haven't been able to get above 800 mAh using a XTAR Dragon VP4 Plus. You can't beat the price though on these cells. Brand name versions with an even lower capacity are double the price.
