So if you are still using your wall charger that takes seven hours to fully charge your battery then you came here for the right reason. With the charger your using now it takes about seven hours. Now lets say you and your friends are planning a big airsoft game later, odds are your battery will not be fully charged and will become a big hassle. Buying a smart charger is a very smart thing to do. Imagine this, you no longer need to worry about over charging because yes, it does stop when your battery is fully charged. Which is very helpfull and will improve yopur airsoft game, and your AEG's proformance for the better. Also the smart charger charges very quickly it will charge most batterys in about a half hour. With this charger no madder when you will always be ready to play. If you want to be ahead then buy the smart charger.

I ordered this about 6 months ago because I thought I needed to upgrade from the standard wall charger as it did not have automatic shut off and charged at quite a low rate. This smart charger automatically shut off when the battery was at full charge and trickle charged at 0.1 amps to keep the battery warm so it won't lose its charge so fast. The charger is very compact and light for all it offers. Its only 5-6 inches long and weighs at half of a pound. This is perfect to stick in your airsoft bag if you are going somewhere. The case is a strong plastic and the paint is blue. The only interface on the charger is a selector switch thats says 1 amp and 2 amps. The smaller amp rate is for batteries 2000 mah. It starts charging as soon as you connect the battery on to the charger The price was at around a mere 25 dollars. A very good investment for the airsofter who needs a universal charger for all his battery types and batteries. One thing I suggest is that you get a large to small battery connect because it can only charge large type batteries without the connecter. It can charge 4-9 cell packs. Thats good but you cant charge the 12vs tho. But if you really need a 12v get a lipo.

the Universal Charger which was indeed a work of art. Could see no visual blimishes nor signs of use. Charged my nun chucks and it let rip on Full Auto. Shot about 3500 rounds of airsoft elite bbs, then it began to show signs of weakenning which is common. Charged it up and it still did another 3500 rounds. So it's very Consistent. The charge time for the 9.6 nunchucks were about 1.5hours upon the first charge.
