Received my order yesterday, delivered on date promised by shipping service.
I'm pleased. Web site information was appropriately tech-ish for this technical product line. Other web based battery suppliers had far less information visible.
Excellent customer service when I had questions. The sales consultant had more information than was shown on the web site and shared that information.
My new battery pack is charging for the first time as I write this. I fully expect it will perform as intended.
