Fuel Gauge for PCB of 37v Li-Ion Battery Pack (#4617)

Note: This fuel gauge is not intend to be use as a very accurate reading of the battery pack's capacity. The battery level indication can vary by 5% depending on the capacity of the pack!

Features

• Apply to PCB/PCM of 10 cells Li-ion / Polymer Li-ion 37V battery pack.
• No external power is need
• For installation of this fuel gauge, please see below picture on wiring configuration.
• 5 LEDs display battery pack's voltage. The voltage listed below is base on battery during discharge. (The actual voltage might vary for LED 2-4 during charging.)
  
  • 1 LED = pack voltage: 28.8-36.0V  (battery need recharging)
  • 2 LED = pack voltage: 35.0-39.0V
  • 3 LED = pack voltage: 37.2-40.0V
  • 4 LED = pack voltage: 39.6-40.5V
  • 5 LED = pack voltage: 40.2V or higher ( battery is fully charge)
• For 37.0V PCB without fuel gauge socket, please DIY with correct polarity

  • Red wire to P+ spot of PCB
  • Black wire to P- spot of PCB
