The ordering experience was great and the product was delivered on time. The product was built to our specifications with lots of assistance from the wonderful sales staff. The directions though for the batteries and the charging unit really need to be taken a look at to clarify and correct the misspellings and tough to read English. Overall a great experience and will order again as needed.
