I am extremely happy with the battery product, as it is the third battery of this type I have ordered from you. The customer service is platinum standard! The only issue I have, which may be beyond your control is with FEDEX Ground delivery, which is required for Lithium-Ion (special handling), but you may want to consider UPS. The scheduled delivery times were inaccurate, and I live behind a gate. So, I had to have the delivery held at a FEDEX Ground delivery point, which delayed the delivery by another day. I also had to bring a copy of my utility bill for confirmation of my delivery address. What a pain. Otherwise, I highly recommend your company and all your products. Return customers are the one key to your continuing success! Thank You!
