BS-057 Short Circuit Test system allows for testing rechargeable batteries & packs under a large current draw up to 1000A. This test system consists of two units:
1) a power control unit with high current switch and 2) explosion proof chamber for meeting the UN38.3 standard.

Some of the product features include:

  • High current contactors made of copper for low resistance and fast response
  • Voltmeter with 0-100V range and ±0.2% rdg ± 1digit display accuracy
  • Amperemeter with 0-1000A or 0-500A DC selectable range and ±0.2% rdg ± 1digit display accuracy
  • All Electric parts are NRTL Certified and the whole unit is ready to pass UL/MET/ETL/CSA/TUV test  (Updated from July1 )
