Color:
  • The shrink wrap is for covering your batteries.
  • To find the size you need, measure the widest cross-section circumference of your pack and then divide it by 2. Use the shrink wrap size at least 5 mm (1/5 inch) wider than your half circumference value.
  • Use hair dryer evenly heat up the wrap to shrink until it is tightly wrapped around the battery pack.
  • It's 5 mils ( 1 mil = 0.001 inch) thick with a 2:1 shrink ratio.
  • Shrinking rate: cross section: 48% ± 5; longitudinal: 15% ± 3 (measured in boiling water for 1 minute)
  • Thickness: 0.005 inch
  • Width: 15/16 inch (23mm)
  • Length: 1'  (12 '')
  • Shelf life: > 5 years @ 25°C(77F) storage without sunshine

This is suitable for AA size Batteries.

This 23mm width PVC is suitable for single AA size battery. For example: 14500 size battery. And if you wrap 14500 size battery, it needs 55mm (2 1/16")long for each cell.
