  • The shrink wrap is for covering your custom battery packs!
  • To find the size you need, measure the widest cross-section circumference of your pack and then divide it by 2. Use the shrink wrap size at least 5 mm (1/5 inch) wider than your half circumference value.
  • Use a hair dryer to evenly heat up the wrap to shrink until it is tightly wrapped around the battery pack.
  • It's 5 mils ( 1 mil = 0.001 inch) thick with a 2:1 shrink ratio.
  • Shrinking rate: cross section: 48% ± 5; longitudinal: (measure in boiling water for 1 minute) 15% ± 3
  • Thickness: 0.005 inch
  • Width: 1 3/16 inch (28mm)
  • Length: 1'  (12 '')
  • Price Unit is 1 foot length
  • Shelf life: > 5 years @ 25°C(77F) storage without sunshine
