PC Software Interface Kits for Furnace Temperature Control System

Temperature Control System sets up a communication link between the computer and a compatible furnace with the 518/708 PLC (Programmable Logic Controller). This setup enables the customer to efficiently control and monitor the furnace temperature via a GUI (Graphical User Interface) in real time.

NOTES:

• One set of Temperature Control System  can ONLY control one temperature controller (or one heating zone). For a multi-zone furnace with mutli-controllers, please take the number of zones into consideration and choose the corresponding number of Temperature Control Links needed.
• For customer purchasing a new furnace along with this system, we will assemble the module inside the controller for Plug and Play convenience.
• For customers who need to upgrade their existing furnaces with this system, a detailed operation manual for installation and application is available.
• This software can only be use for furnaces with 518P controller, NOT COMPATIBLE for GSL-1100X, OTF-1200X-S, and KSL-1100-S furnace. Please email us for verification with your furnace model before purchasing.

The Control System Includes:

• One control module (to install on the controller PCB)  
  
• One USB to Serial port cable (Adapter cable, for computer with only USB port available) )  
• One Serial port to Controller cable )
  
• One disc containing the termperature control software and USB to RS485 driver compatible with windows XP/Vista/Win7  (Command list for customer's own data collection by using Labview).
