Good Performance Battery Pack

I have put about 60 cycles on my 36v13ah pack in my e-bike since Febuary 2008 and am very happy with it. I look after it so I expect to get 500 plus cycles. It is heavy so the main thing is not to drop it and make sure it has suitable protective coverings. That caveat aside, the pack is rugged, it performs up to spec and can maintain 7 -13 amps indefinitely with little voltage sag which is my needs. I typically peak at max 2C or 26 amps using the bike and the pack handles it no problem, it is more a problem for my bike motor! Also the 13ah capacity is accurate, I have run it down to 12.5ah on my wattsup meter a few times, being gentle on it's discharge levels after about 11ah. My average discharge per cycle is 6ah. Temperature does not seem a problem whilst operating or charging although as there are a lot of cells closely packed together, I always monitor in the summer and have the chargers on a timer with a small fan, for added safety. If you are looking for a solid performing good quality nimh pack with after sales service, you will not be disappointed with these 13ah cells.
