I ordered a CH-UNLA0612A - Smart Charger (3.0 A) for 6V & 12V Lead Acid Battery from this store. The first charger I got was DOA. However, their customer service dept. seems top-notch. They shipped me a new, tested charger very soon after I contacted them about the first DOA charger. The new charger seems to be working great so far. I'd give their customer service an A+
