Control Unit

  • 6" color touch screen control panel for operating and setting parameters 
  • Electric motor with worm gear reducer for raising and lowering the weight
  • In the case of electrical outage, weight will be lowered and locked in position automatically
  • Once parameter setup on the touch screen, a wireless hand-hold remote controller will operate machine within 10 meters distance for the safest operation
  • Venting port with high-quality exhaust fan is installed in back chamber which shall be connected to your venting system. (Ducting and exhaust system are not included)
  • Warning:  Must keep venting fan and exhaust system running during battery testing to avoid pressure build-up in the case of battery explosion.
Safety Door
  • A pressure relief door is on the back of the chamber. In the case of a battery explosion, the door will "pop" to release the pressure inside of the chamber.
  • Attention: Do not block the Pressure Relief Door

  • Exhaust system: Connect the equipment exhaust port to the outdoor channel. The recommended distance is less than 5 meters.
  • The heavy duty vacuum pump can be purchased with extra cost.
  • All electric components ( >24V) are UL or CSA certified.
  • The machine is ready to pass TUV(UL61010) or CSA certification at extra cost.
  • Please let us know if need UL or CSA in advance, so we can use the components accordingly.
