The original order was held until batteryspace.com could collect an additional "hazardous materials" shipping fee of around $30.00; otherwise, the product was exactly as ordered. Batteryspace.com would have received five stars if (1) the additional fee was included at the time of purchase and (2) the delivery wasn't delayed. Fortunately, batteryspace.com's customer service kept the order alive and I am happy with the product.
