20T Max. Horizontal Hydraulic Driven Nail Penetration & Crushing Tester for Larger Lithium-Ion Battery

BS-109 is a hydraulic driven nail penetration and crushing tester for larger battery pack upto 500D X 500H X 500H MM for safety testing and research. An electric hydraulic pump allows the machine to provide 20T max.force. Temperature & voltage monitor, video camera and CO2 fire extinguisher , as well as remote control unit are built in anti-explosive cabinet with software to promise the most safe operation.   The machine meets GB/T31485-2015 standard.

Power Requirements	AC 220V,  three phase， 50/60Hz 9000W 308V or 460VAC  is available upon request.
Hydraulic Unit	Driven by Electric Hydraulic cylinder. Crushing force:  Max. 200KN with ±1% accuracy adjustable. Crushing speed: 0.1-20mm /s  adjustable. One set of crushing die is included. Four nails included: φ3mm、φ6mm φ8mm made by high temperature harden steel. Customized cushing die and penetration nail is available upon request.
Chamber Unit	Made of SS-304 steel. Double layer anti-explosion window Max.measuring space：   500D X 500H X 500H , mm; Explosion proof window： 10mm explosion-proof glass Lighting is built on top.
Control Unit	Separated control unit for the safety. Time, speed and driving forceis is programmable. Stop programma can be set by force , deformation amount ( %) , and voltage dropped. Class D Fire extinguisher for metal fire (Dry powder) is included and operated via a button on control panel.
Accessories included	4 points temperature minitoring: 0~1350℃ at accuracy +/-0.1℃，recording :4-5 time/S. 4 point voltage monitoting:    0 - 100V with accuracy 1%FSR.  recording :4-5 time/S. 2 channel video camera for recording operation. CO2 fire extinguisher with remote control for opening
