BS-113 is a 150-liter programmable thermal test chamber, capable of studying the performance of rechargeable battery at rapidly changing the temperature in the range from -70ºC(-94ºF) to + 150ºC(302ºF). The chamber contains a built-in air blower which enables to achieve a uniform temperature field. The test temperature is monitored by a built-in thermocouple and can be precisely controlled by the integrated PLC system.
The thermal test system is built based on the thermal test requirement (38.3.4.2) of lithium battery testing requirements of UN manual of tests and criteria. An observe window is mounted on the front panel, allowing to monitor the real-time status of rechargeable batteries. The draining system could easily collect unexpected liquids.
