Custom Smart Battery System (SBS) is designed to manage a 14.8V 5.2Ah Li-Ion battery pack which are build by LG 18650, 2600mah single cells.
  • Like Prod id : 5481 But the pack is configure as a "flat" pack with 8 cells layout side by side
  • The PCM board will be sitting on the flat side of the pack
  • Size of pack (include PCM board) is : 150mm (5.9") x 68mm (2.7") x 30mm (1.2")
  • Battery weight: 15.4 Oz (430 grams)
  Perfect for The Intelligent Battery, or Smart Battery for EV / HEV, which provides outputs from sensors by provide the actual status of voltages, currents and temperatures within the battery as well as the state of charge
Smart Battery System (SBS) consist of the following:
  • PCM board with temperature sensor wire for 7.4V-14.8V Li-Ion battery pack
    • Manufacture part# PCM-L04S07-403 (A-1)
    • Automatic Detect battery pack voltage by programming the parameter via RS 232 communication port
      • Excluded 1pc CD programming software
        • Utilize for assign PCM board voltage for 7.4V-14.8V Li-Ion battery pack by your self

  •  Charger
    • You must choose a smart charger based on battery pack type and voltage. Ex: for a 4 cells Li-Ion battery pack, you will need a 14.8V smart charger with 16.8V CCCV cut-off
  • DIY connector
    • RS 232 serial communication connector for connect between LCD Display to PC computer
    • Charge / Discharge terminal connector
