Protection Circuit Module Specifications for 3.7V Li-ion Pack
All Li-Ion Battery packs must connect to a protection circuit module to protect Li-Ion Battery from over charge, over discharge and prevent accidental battery explosion due to its extra high energy density. This protection circuit is specially designed for 3.7V Li-Ion and polymer Li-Ion Battery.
Please connect battery pack with the circuit as the following drawing with wire provided.
Please be advised that this circuit will provide the following protections:
* Keep 3.7V Li-Ion Battery pack from overcharge beyond 4.35V
* Keep 3.7V Li-Ion Battery pack from over-discharge below 2.4V
* Keep 3.7V Li-Ion Battery pack 's discharging current > 8.5A

How to connect circuit with battery pack

- This round shape PCB is specially designed for 3.7V single 18650 Li-ion cell that can be mount on top of the 18650 cell
- Dimension (DxL): 15mm x 1.59mm
- The PCB will provide the following protections:
- Prevents 3.7V Li-Ion Battery pack from overcharging 4.35V
- Prevents 3.7V Li-Ion Battery pack from overdischarging 2.4V
- Maintains 3.7V Li-Ion Battery pack's discharge current lower than 2.0.
- Protect battery from short circuit and wrong polarity
- Please see diagram below on how to connect this pcb to battery pack.
