• Built in Ic's to smart control charging status and keep battery charged fully and safely, which features with advanced function as the follows:
  • Detect Minus delta V >= 5 mV/cell and Vmax >= 1.59V/cell to cut-off power when battery is full.
  • Detect battery pack's max. temperature ( T max.).  If pack's temperature >=50^oC, the charger will cut-off power.
• Built in Discharge function for discharge the pack via "Discharge" Push Button. (Must hold up to 5 second)

  • Discharging LED indicator:
    • Power LED = "Red" (Change from Green to Red after push "Discharge" button up to 5 second)
    • Charge LED = "Red"
  • Discharge cut off voltage:1.03V/Cell

Note

• For the 36V/48V NiMH made by 3 or 4 series 12V NiMH module, Must disconnect discharge terminal separately before charge.
• For the parallel pack of 36V/48V NiMH pack, Must disconnect discharge terminal separately before charge & Must charge each module separately (Don't combine charge at a time) 

Operation Instruction:

• Connect battery pack to output connector and plug AC power source
• Make sure battery polarity is connected correctly (Red wire is positive)
• Attach temperature sensor to battery pack firmly
• After it connect the correct battery pack, the red LED will be on, shows that it is charging.
• After battery is fully charged, green LED will be on and it shows the battery fully charged.

Precautions:

• Use with NiMH pack 36-48V pack only
• Indoor user only,
• Don't open the cover due to dangerous hi-voltage inside
• Don't place the charger near radiator, heat source device
• Please don't use the charger for low capacity battery pack (<4000mah).. strongly suggestion to use Powerizer brand high drain rate battery pack. We are not responsible for any damage caused by charging other brand battery using this charger.
