  • This battery management system is designed to support from a 4 cells (12.8V) LFP Prismatic module of 20Ah, 40Ah , 60Ah,  100Ah or 200Ah upto a maximum of 156 cells, 500Ah capacity and max of 500A discharge with visual display function.
  • Perfect for Electric Car, Electric Golf Cart or other application where you are looking to replace the original lead acid battery with LiFePO4 cell to reduce the weight, improve cycle life and newer technology.
  • Note: Slave modules are not included. Must order separately!

Package Content

  • 1 x Master Controller Module (Size 146 x 68 X 50 mm)
    • The Master Module functions are:
      • Communicate with each Slave Module on monitoring the max/min voltage, max/min current and temperature & perform balance function on each cell.
      • Provide all necessary Data to Display on the LCD Display
      • Provide connection to the Shunt to measure the current
      • Provide connection to the momentary switch to change the information being display on the LCD Display
      • Provide signal to open the Discharge Relay, Charge Relay (if not use with a CANbus charger) to protect the battery pack from over charge, over discharge or high temperature
      • Provide connection to a CANbus charger ( no charge relay will be need!)
  • 1 x LCD Display:
    • Display the status of the total pack's voltage, capacity, power consumption and temperature.
    • Display each cell's current voltage.
  • 1 x Shunt (to measure current upto 500A max) (Size 82 X 45 X 45 mm)
  • 1 x momentary switch
  • 5pcs 2' long Black 18AWG connection cables (contact us if longer cables needed)
  • 4pcs 2' long Red 18AWG connection cables (contact us if longer cables needed)
  • This Kit does not include discharge cable between battery pack to your load.
  • Not include Slave modules (V7) for pack voltage of 48V or higher
  • Not include Slave modules (V2) for 48V or below

    Related Products (Note: please view below for optional items that you will need to complete this kit. Besides this kit the complete BMS includes: battery pack ,slave module, charger, relay, a 12V Dc power. Otherwise, it will not work !)

    • 500A relay:  To protect the battery pack from being over discharge. Or you can source the relay yourself with similar functionality but at lower current support. If you don't choose our smart charge with CANbus support, then, you will also need to purchase another relay to protect the battery pack from being over charged.
    • 12Vdc power source to power the controller, Display Monitor and Relay(s). (please contact us for more detail on what you need on this)
    • Necessary cables and connectors to connect all the above units together as a 12.8V pack (contact us to determine length of cable need)
    • Slave Module Kit BMS-EL-V2 or Slave Module Kit BMS-EL-V7 for every 4 cells
    • Chargers
