A hazard material handling fee UPS/Fedex bill us for handling shipment of any Lithium battery.
This fee is an additional fee that UPS charge per shipment or per package. (not include in the regular shipping cost)
Fedex do not ship hazmat package to Canada by Ground

Ground: $35 per shipment, $4.00 per box
Air: $58.50 per shipment, $7.00 per box

Fedex

No ground hazmat service available
Air: $58.50 per shipment

For safety reason we reserve the right to ship Lithium battery (packs) in multiple packages

Note:

You must select UPS Standard (Ground) to ship any Lithium pack that does not have UN certification!
