What do you accept for payment?
|

United States customer- We accept Visa Card, MasterCard, Discover Card and paypal.We do NOT accept any ATM card or gift card which has visa, mastercard logo. Please make sure to type your credit card's billing address when check out. Fail to do so will delay the shipment as we will need more information to continue processing the order.
International customer- We recommend international customer to pay by paypal. If you don't have a paypal account and order amount is over $500, you can pay by TT. If you insist on paying by credit card, we will ask for the copy of ID and credit card for verification. Please find detailsbelowfor the reason.
All the order amount is calculated by US
dollars. If the order is canceled , we only refund the amount which is
listed on our invoice (based on US dollars), you may gain or loss
small amount of money due to the fluctuation of currency exchange rate.

Payment for international orders -- important !
|

Due to lots of fraud credit card purchase recently, we can not accept international credit card. But if you could send us the photo of the front and back of credit card, together with ID to sales@batteryspace.com This will help us to verify the ownership of the credit card. Your order will be processed as soon as we verified your credit card.
If you are not comfortable with sending ID and copy of credit card, we understand that and please reply this email and tell us that you want to cancel the order. We will fully refund to your credit card. The refund will appear on your statement in after 48 hours.
FAQ's about international credit card payment
Q. I have checked with my credit card company/bank, the money already deducted from my card/bank , that means you already got the money, why you still ask for the ID?
Answer:If a credit card is lost or stolen and someone uses your credit card to make the internet purchase, the payment can still go through without credit card owner's awareness. Our system can verify US credit card by matching the billing address, but can not verify international credit card billing address. That's why we are asking the owner's ID. This way, we can protect yourself as well as our company.
Q.How to make transaction easier and faster without giving my copy of ID and credit card.
Answer: We suggest the use of paypal , this will speed up our process
Q. It is annoying to send my credit card copy and ID every time.
Answer:If you have send the copy before and plan to use the same credit card for the new order, please indicate that you already have ID photo on file with your previous order# and you don't have to send it again.

1.Normal processing can take 2 business days, if the order doesn't need further payment verification & approval. During the holiday season or if the batteries are out of stock, it will take longer time. If you need to have your order item ship out the same day, please call our customer service at 510-525-2328 (M-F between) to check if item is available to ship out the same day. We charge a $10 expediting fee. Customize items,Polymer and Li-ion battery pack might take up to 2-3 weeks for assembly and testing. Please bear in mind thatshipping times within USrepresent the time it normally takes packages to arrive from the day of shipment,notthe day of submission, and do not include non-business days (i.e., Saturdays, Sundays, & holidays). Thus, for example, an order for UPS 2nd-day delivery placed on Thursday could take until next Tuesday to arrive at its destination, assuming processing is completed within 24 hours and the package ships out on Friday (Friday + 2 business days = Tuesday). It could take longer if the order cannot be process in time to be ship out on Friday. For orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, most of them will be ship out on Tuesday since large amount of orders come in during weekend. When the items have been shipped out, you will get a notice via email. So please make sure to provide a valid email account.
2.We do generate the shipping label prior to shipping the order. Even though an UPS tacking# is available to you , it does not mean the order is ready to ship out.
3.Our shipping label are automatically generate by our system. If you want to use your own UPS account or Fedex account, we need to do it manually and there will be $10 handling fee.
4.We don't useUSPSto ship item due toUSPSdoes not provide a good tracking system. However, if you still prefer to useUSPSto ship then we areNOTliable for any damage/ miss shipment and we will charge you $5.00 + whatever USPS shipping cost for handling this.
If this is acceptable to you, you can just place order using UPS orFedExand then I can refund you the difference usingUSPSto ship to you. Please enter on the comment section - "e; I like to useUSPSto ship and willing to accept the risk of loss or damage shipment. "e; Also, please send me email with your order # so I can follow up for you.
5.UPS pick up packages at 4:30pm every business day. UPS will update the tracking information 24 hours after they received the packages. That means if you received the shipping confirmation by email on Monday evening, you can check the status of your packages on Tuesday evening. Packages shipped by UPS can betracked from our web site.

Please use the UPS tracking# or our order# totrack the package, if tracking information shows that the package has been delivered and you are sure no other family members get it , please call UPS at 1-510-742-5877 to speak with agent to report and file a investigation. It will take around 10-15 business days for UPS to investigate. If the UPS finds the package, they will ship to you, if they can not, we will send the same packages or issue a store credit after UPS's verification . Please note that it is not our responsibility for the lost packages.
