Why the checkout button doesn't work when I try to place an order?

1. This issue seems to be specific to the Netscape Communicator 4.79 browser. This may also occur with earlier versions of Communicator. You can call us at 510-525-2328 to place the order or upgrade the browser.
2. If you are not using Netscape Communicator 4.79 browser, please click 'View cart' button on the top after you click 'Buy' button, all items you have put in the shopping cart will show out there.

I place the wrong order, how can I change the order?

Pleas check your order status fist.
Order Status - New Order/Pending/In-Progress/On-hold:Means the order has not been ship, please call us to cancel the old order and you can place a new order from our web site.
Order Status - Ready to ship/Completed:Means the order has been packaged for pick up or shipped already. Please ship it back for refund. Shipping cost is non-refundable. Please refer to our store policy.

What does those order status means? Not Finalized, On Hold, In-Progess(E-Check)...
|

Not Finalized- means that the payment doesn't go through. It may caused by wrong credit card number, expiration date, CVV code. If you pay by paypal, please check the transaction ID by login in your paypal account and email to us. Please see the sample here!
On-Hold- For international credit card users. We need to verify your credit card number. Please refer the payment for international customers.
In-progress- For US customer to call to provide the credit card billing address.
In-Progress (E-Check)- For customer paid by Paypal E-Check , we will wait until the payment has been cleared before ship out.
