T-06 Precision Disc Cutter with optional 15, 19, 20 or 24 mm Diameter


T-06 is a precision disc cutter with 600 Kg max. pressure and manual operated designed for cutting round disc from thin metal sheet or foil ( < 0.5 mm ) to prepare electrode disc for split flat cell for battery research.

One set of precision dies with disk collect drawer is included with pressing cutter ( see picture below) with optional diameter at

  • 15mm ( for negative electrode disc in CR2032 or CR2016 cell )
  • 19 mm ( for positive electrode disc in CR2032 or CR2016 cell )
  • 20 mm ( for negative electrode disc in CR2450 cell )
  • 24 mm ( for positive electrode disc in CR2450 cell )

Extra dies ( one cutter share multi cutting die ) is available at $650/ea ( please choose at product option)
