Smart Tips	You can use one 1.5A Smart Li-Ion battery charger to recharge the battery pack via a connector adaptor ( two pins Universal connector to two pin water proof plug ). The charging time is about 10 hours. Connect the battery pack with 15-24V DC-DC converter, it can run any laptop computer with selectable output DC voltage from 15-24V. The power bank can run laptopn upto 7 hours. Connect the battery pack to DC-DC 12V regulators, it can run 12V portable devices
