Protection Circuit Module Specifications for 10 Cells 18650 Li-ion Battery Pack

All Li-Ion Battery packs must connect to a protection circuit module to protect Li-Ion Battery from over charge, over discharge and prevent accidental battery explosion due to its extra high energy density. This protection circuit is specially designed for 37 V Li-Ion Battery pack made of 10 Li-ion cells. It can also be use for Polymer Li-Ion battery sold by Batteryspace.
Please connect individual battery to this according to the wiring diagram shown.
Please be advised that this circuit will provide the following protections:

  • Keep 37V Li-Ion Battery pack from overcharge
  • Keep 37V Li-Ion Battery pack from overdischarge
  • Keep 37V Li-Ion Battery pack 's discharging current lower than 27 A

  • 10 Cells Li-ion / Li-polymer Battery Pack ( 37V up to 27 Ah)
  • Board Dimension: 2.4" x 3.25"

  • B6- Connect between cell 6 and cell 7
  • B7- Connect between cell 7 and cell 8
  • B8- Connect between cell 8 and cell 9
  • B9- Connect between cell 9 and cell 10

  • P- OUT (-) /Charge(-) / Load(-)
