Convert 12 - 16V Li-Ion/ NiMH Battery Pack into a stable 9V - 10V - 12V DC source ( 30W Max.)
- This is Dc to Dc regulating adaptor which will convert any 12V-17V DC Power to 9V,10V, and 12VDC at 2A ( 30W Max.) seperately
- Input : 12V - 16.8 V DC ( 3A Max.)
- Output: 9V , 10V and 12V selectable by a switch
- A water proof switch is installed from Input End to control power ON/Off with a Green LED power on indicator
- Male Two Pin connector installed in the End of input with 10" cable, which fits with the most of Li-Ion / NiMH Battery packs for bike lighting
- Female Two holes connector installed in the end of Output with 3" cable for connecting to a DC devices , such as bike lighting, DVD, and Laptop etc. . The female connectors can accept our 8 pcs Universal DC plug and detachable Plug for Dell Notebook
- One car plug included. Connect the car lighter plug to the regulator, we can run your device from car without battery
Applications:
- For DIY HID bike light: Connect the regulator to a 12 V - 16.8V battery pack , then it can provide stable 12V DC to HID light and keep constant brightness. It is excellent to extend HID service life. Also, you can use the regulator to control HID power consumption from 13W, 10W and 8W to save battery energy if necessary.
- For Portable DVD: Connect the regulator to a 12 V - 16.8V battery pack , then switch to 9V output, then you can run 14.8V Li-Ion battery pack for portable DVD to get much longer running time. For example, 14.8V 4000mAh Li-Ion battery pack will out put 59 Wh energy, and burn portable DVD 5- 6 hours
- For Laptop: Connect the regulator to a 12 V - 16.8V battery pack, then switch it to 12V, you can use it as a external battery bank to run the most of laptop computer which has 12V - 15V DC input ( or 10.8 - 11.1V internal battery pack )
- For Any device which need a stable 12V DC power. Then you can use higher voltage battery to run at 12V and provide longer running time.
