  • Prototype customize 14.8V 6400 mAh Polymer Li-Ion pack is made by 2 packs of 4 pcs Polymer Li-Ion cell of 3.7V 3200mAh (605585) in parallel and series connection
  • The battery pack is wrapped by black PVC shrink tube
  • 6" 18 AWG open end wires

Protection

  • 2 x PCM with balance function (10A max.) is installed with each 14.8V 3200mAh battery pack to protect battery from
    • Over-charging beyond 4.25V/cell
    • Over-discharging below 2.75V/cell
    • Over-drain beyond 10A
    • Please wait 30 minutes to balance battery's voltage within 4.25V +/-0.2V after fully charged.
    • Note: the fuel gauge connector on pcm need to remove to reduce the height of the pack
  • One 7Amp polyswitch installed to limit max. discharging current at 7 A
