AFA-II Desk-Top Automatic Thick Film / Tape Casting Coater with Vacuum chuck

AFA-II desk-top automatic coater is designed to produce consistent thick film with a wide range of different applicators, such as wire bar applicator , micrometer adjustable applicator and fixed thickness applicator etc. It has a unique driving system to produce smooth coating for all types of materials. The flat vacuum chuck with vacuum pump is built in to hold substrate sheet on plate faster and easier which is particularly useful when coating on thin substrate and make uniform tape casting
Two precision wire bars and one micrometer adjustable applicator are included for immediate use. This machine can be used for research on ceramic tap casting, Li-Ion battery electrode coating.

Stainless steel flat vacuum chuck with vacuum pump are build in the machine and allow you put on or release substrate quickly

Two wire bar applicators with 15 and 20 mm thickness are included (optional wire bar with various thickness is available up on request at 10, 25, 50, 200, 300 micron at extra cost )

Wire bar applicator in position, rotation of bar is prevented by screw clamp. Wire bar gas is available at 10, 25, 50, 100, 1500, 200, 300, 500 microns ( 50 micron wire bar is included in standard package )

Put a film applicator ( see related products below) on the bed where wet coating material shall be applied , then bar on the machine will push the applicator to go automatically |
