The 36 V DC Voltage display is use for monitoring the battery voltage level. It can be installed on the handle bar and consists of 6 LED lights. You can see how much power is left in the battery pack. You shall charge battery pack when battery is almost empty to avoid battery get discharged to low. This is one of main reason that battery has shorter life.  Bar mount kit is included . It is perfect for  36V E-bike  and other 36V battery pack application
