  • This battery management system is designed to support from a 4 cells (12.8V) LFP Prismatic module of 20Ah, 40Ah , 60Ah,  100Ah or 200Ah upto a maximum of 156 cells, 500Ah capacity and max of 500A discharge with visual display function.

  • 1 x Master Controller Module (Part# BMS-CPUCANA)
    • The Master Module functions are:
      • Communicate with each Slave Module on monitoring the max/min voltage, max/min current and temperature & perform balance function on each cell.
      • Provide all necessary Data to Display on the LCD Display
      • Provide connection to the Shunt to measure the current
      • Provide connection to the momentary switch to change the information being display on the LCD Display
      • Provide signal to open the Discharge Relay, Charge Relay (if not use with a CANbus charger) to protect the battery pack from over charge, over discharge or high temperature
      • Provide connection to a CANbus charger ( no charge relay will be need!)
  • 1 x LCD Display:
    • Display the status of the total pack's voltage, capacity, power consumption and temperature.
    • Display each cell's voltage and temperature.
  • 1 x Shunt (to measure current upto 500A max) (Size 82 X 45 X 45 mm)
  • 1 x momentary switch
  • 1x cable between CPU (BMS-EP128) to slave sense board (BMS-CBL5)
