BS-003 is a 80L Programmable Thermal Test Chamber for thermal test of Rechargeable Battery & Battery Pack according to UN38.3 ( ) and other thermal test from -75ºC(-103ºF) to  + 150ºC(302ºF) at faster heating and cooling rate.

  • Made of SS304 stainless steel with thermal insulation of foam polyurethane and fiber glass.

Testing Criteria

Certificate         CE

Q: What is the different between product ID#7867, #7698 and #6710 ?
#7867 is a heating chamber, it is only for thermal abuse, but you need control the time by yourself.
#7698 can support thermal abuse and short circuit. It can connect to the computer, so you can program the heating procedure.
#6710 can support all the test.  But according to T.2 of Un38.3 test, it will continue to run for over 125 hours. You can not use it when it is in testing.
