Protection Circuit Module Specifications For 25.6V LiFePO4 Battery Packs (8 Cells pack)
This protection circuit is specially designed for 25.6V LiFePO4 Battery pack with 12A discharging rate. Different with normal PCB, it provides equilibrium function during charging, e.g. PCM will detect each cell's voltage and trim higher voltage until other cell's voltage reach same, therefore allow Li-ion cell has longer service life. Also the PCM will provide the following protections:
- Keep 25.6V LiFePO4 Battery pack from overcharge ( 3.90 V/cell )
- Balance each cell at Max. 3.50V/cell +/-0.025V ( required voltage tolerance within 0.2V for each cell)
- Keep 25.6V LiFePO4 Battery pack from over-discharge (2.00V/cell)
- Limit 25.6V LiFePO4 Battery pack's discharging current below 12A.
- Need other customized voltage of PCB/PCM with different size? Please click below to order
Features:
- Model: PCM-L08S12-306
- Apply for 8 Cells LiFePO4 Battery pack with discharging current <12A
- Internally Trimmed Charge and Discharge Voltage Limits to balance each cell
- Dimension (LxWxH): 120mm(4.7") x 43mm(1.7") x 10mm (0.4")
- Weight: 85g (3.0oz)
Warning:
- Please don't use the PCM for lower capacity or low drain LiFePO4 pack. Make sure your LiFePO4 Battery pack can handle 12A drain current before buying
- To achieve balance, each cell in battery pack must has equal voltage within tolerance of 0.2V.
- You must be professional in LiFePO4 battery pack to buy the PCM. Misusing PCM may cause battery damage or explode. We are not responsible for any damage caused by user.
