September 2010 purchase; used CH-LFP12.8V10A smart charger only. Lasted about 12 (yes, only one dozen) charges before failing. I've been using this in modest demand (< 4A power draw for ham radio). Charger claims it's charged (solid green), but battery pack has almost zero capacity when put under load. Since the built in circuitry is to prevent over charge and under discharge, this cannot be a simple failure. I cannot recommend this product, especially with a near-zero time length warranty. I'd give zero stars if I could.
