Customize 12V Detection Circuit for all Genasun Solar Controller that work with our battery pack that has pcb/pcm installed
- The Genasun solar controller must see the presence of a battery (detect battery voltage) before it start charging. If the pcb/pcm is open (no battery output voltage), Genasun solar controller will not charge the battery pack.
- Consist:
- 1 x 560 Ohm 5% 1/2W Resistor
- 1 x 1N4148 Diode
- This circuit is design for the Genasun solar controller to simulate there is a battery present so it can start charging (if our battery pack's pcb is open - due to low voltage or wrong polarity) by:
- Connect the Resistor end to Battery "-" of Genasun solar controller
- Connect the Diode end to Panel "-" of Genasun solar controller
